Berlin (Monitoring Desk) The German Chancellor has strongly condemned the attack on the United Arab Emirates and expressed solidarity with regional partners.
In his statement, he said that Iran must return to the negotiating table and abandon policies that “hold the region and the world hostage.”
The German Chancellor further stated that any blockade of the Strait of Hormuz is unacceptable and must be ended immediately. He made it clear that Iran cannot be allowed to develop nuclear weapons, and that further threats and attacks against regional partners are unacceptable.
