Istanbul (Turkiye Khabar) The SAHA 2026 International Defence, Aerospace and Space Industry Fair has officially begun in Istanbul, organized under the auspices of SAHA Istanbul.
The five-day event is being held at the Istanbul Expo Center, covering a vast area of 4.3 million square feet, including a 20,000 square meter outdoor exhibition space.
According to organizers, the fair aims to secure at least $8 billion in export agreements, along with 164 signing ceremonies planned during the event.
The exhibition is being attended by more than 140 official delegations, over 800 representatives, and more than 200 trade delegations. In total, over 30,000 defence and industry experts from more than 120 countries, along with over 2,000 companies including 263 international firms, are participating.
During the event, more than 30,000 B2B meetings are also scheduled to promote new business deals, supply chain links, and strategic partnerships.
The fair is being seen as an important global platform for cooperation and technological exchange in the defence industry.
