Washington (Monitoring Desk): US President Donald Trump, speaking at a Republican members’ conference, adopted a highly aggressive stance against Iran, claiming that any new leadership in Iran has been eliminated and future leaders will also be targeted.
Trump asserted that the US, in coordination with Israel, has severely damaged Iran’s military capabilities. He claimed that Iranian drone and missile capacities have been destroyed and the entire Iranian navy has been targeted.
According to Trump, the US successfully struck 5,000 Iranian targets, destroying 51 Iranian naval warships, which are now reportedly at the bottom of the sea. He added that when he inquired why the ships were not seized, he was told that sinking them is “more fun.”
Trump described the operation as “Epic Fury,” stating that it is currently the most challenging military operation in the world, even surpassing the effectiveness of “Midnight Hammer.”
