Ankara (Turkey News) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, during a telephone conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, emphasized that the escalating conflict involving Iran should not affect efforts to end the war in Ukraine.
According to a statement from Türkiye’s Communications Directorate, the two leaders discussed bilateral relations as well as significant regional and global developments. Erdogan stressed that the rising tensions in the Middle East “should not obstruct the search for peace in Ukraine,” and negotiations to end the war should continue without delay.
