According to Guliyev, approximately 30% of the participants represent local and regional administrative bodies, reflecting their growing role in addressing global urbanization challenges.
He also highlighted that the forum’s official website, WUF13.az, serves as a key information platform for participants, providing comprehensive guidance on visa procedures, accommodation, and transportation.
Emphasizing the role of media representatives, the committee chairman noted that journalists not only disseminate information about the forum but also play a vital role in fostering global collaboration and promoting new urban policies.
