Doha (Turkiye News): A report states that in diplomacy, no matter can be considered final until all parties formally approve it.
According to the report, highly important and sensitive diplomatic contacts have continued over the past several days. The proposed understanding document remained part of negotiations for nearly three weeks. Initially, it consisted of a fourteen-point plan, which was later condensed into a written draft agreement.
The report said that the language, conditions, and provisions of the document underwent continuous consultations and revisions among the various parties involved. The diplomatic effort is being described as the result of joint cooperation among several countries rather than the initiative of a single state.
Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Türkiye reportedly played important roles in the process. According to the report, Pakistan led the initial diplomatic efforts and remained actively engaged throughout the negotiations, while the other participating countries also contributed significantly to advancing the talks.
The report further noted that it has not yet been confirmed whether Iran’s senior leadership has granted final approval to the proposed agreement. The situation is expected to become clearer once the complete details of the agreement are made public.
