Azerbaijan (Turkiya News): Laila Aliyeva and Alina Aliyeva visited the Memorial Complex in Ganja, Azerbaijan, dedicated to innocent victims killed during Armenian rocket attacks in the Second Karabakh War. The complex was inaugurated on September 27, 2025, by President Elam Aliyeva on Memorial Day.
The first floor of the complex houses a museum exhibition, while the second floor features a hall for hosting various events.
During their visit, Laila and Alina Aliyeva met with the family of national hero Natiq Gasimov, paying tribute to his memory with respect and engaging in warm and heartfelt conversation. Gasimov displayed exceptional bravery during the First Karabakh War at the Aghdam Khankendi front, resisting Armenian forces for five days despite being surrounded. The visit highlighted his life and wartime contributions, honoring his legacy.
