Khankendi (Turkey News) The city’s master plan will be completed soon and in this regard detailed information will be provided to the public shortly.
This was stated by Elchin Yusubov while addressing the National Business Development Forum held in Khankendi. He said that work is currently underway with Western companies on the city’s development concept.
He said that under the plan, the goal has been set to develop Khankendi as a “Youth City,” where special priority is being given to education and social infrastructure.
According to him, a large area has been allocated for Karabakh University, where modern and comfortable facilities will be provided for students and teaching staff. It is estimated that in the future, students and teachers will make up about 12 to 15 percent of the city’s total population.
