Tehran (Monitoring Desk): Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s National Security Council, has strongly denied reports of negotiations with United States, stating that Iran will not engage in any talks with Washington.
In a statement on the social media platform X, Larijani clearly said, “We will not negotiate with the United States.” His remarks came after a report by the Wall Street Journal claimed that following the assassination of Ali Khamenei, Larijani was reportedly trying to resume nuclear talks with the US through Omani intermediaries.
Iran’s firm stance reflects its refusal to engage in any diplomatic contact with the US amid escalating regional tensions.
