Baku (Turkey News): President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev extended a congratulatory message to the country’s Orthodox Christian community, emphasizing that every individual in Azerbaijan enjoys full freedom to express their cultural identity.
In his message, President Aliyev stated that comprehensive democratic and legal frameworks have been established for all citizens, regardless of language, religion, or ethnicity, allowing them to preserve and promote their ethnic and cultural heritage.
He also noted that Christian citizens actively participate in Azerbaijan’s public, political, and cultural life, contributing to the nation’s development and prosperity.
