Istanbul (Turkey News ) Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Borjana Kristo, Chairperson of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Croatia.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 11th Three Seas Initiative Summit held in the Croatian city of Dubrovnik.
According to the Turkish Foreign Ministry, Hakan Fidan represented President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the event.
The Three Seas Initiative is a high-level regional platform launched in 2015, comprising 12 member countries of the European Union. Its aim is to improve connectivity, the energy sector, transport, and digital infrastructure among countries located between the Baltic, Adriatic, and Black Seas.
Through this platform, the focus is on promoting economic cooperation in the region and reducing developmental gaps in order to strengthen overall stability in the eastern and central parts of Europe.
