Florida (Monitoring Desk) – The U.S. Central Command United States Central Command has rejected claims made by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps that Iranian forces targeted the headquarters of the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet in Bahrain and a U.S. airbase in the region.
In a statement posted on the social media platform X, CENTCOM clarified that the claims made by Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps are false and that Iranian missiles and drones failed to reach their intended targets.
The statement said that all Iranian attacks against U.S. forces were unsuccessful and that American forces remain fully alert and prepared.
CENTCOM further stated that the United States is taking all necessary measures to protect its forces and retains the capability to respond swiftly and effectively to any unprovoked aggression.
