Harare (Sports Desk): In the opening match of the U19 World Cup, Pakistan won the toss against England and chose to field first. Currently, England is batting.

After 16 overs, England has scored 70 runs for the loss of 3 wickets.

Pakistan U19 captain Farhan Yousuf said, “We decided to bowl first after assessing the conditions in Zimbabwe, and playing the tri-series here helped us understand the conditions better.”

Meanwhile, the English team captain stated that having won both warm-up matches, the team is in a strong position and will take the field with two spinners in the match.
