Turkic States competition forum begins in Shusha, key meeting on regional economic cooperation

Shusha (Turkiye News): The third meeting of the Competition Forum and heads of competition institutions under the Organization of Turkic States has begun in Shusha.

The event is being organized under the State Service for Anti-Monopoly and Consumer Market Control, established under the President of Azerbaijan.

The meeting is attended by heads and senior officials of competition authorities from member states of the Organization of Turkic States, including Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Hungary, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

In addition, the Deputy Secretary General of the organization, representatives of various government institutions, and private sector participants are also present at the forum.

Following the formal opening ceremony, a panel discussion will be held focusing on promoting competition policy as a key driver of economic cooperation in the region.
