Azerbaijan (Showbiz Desk): Production of the upcoming Tomb Raider series has been temporarily paused after lead actress Sophie Turner sustained a minor injury, studio sources confirmed.
According to news agency News.Az, the series is an Amazon MGM Studios production based on the popular video game franchise, following the story of adventurer and archaeologist Lara Croft.
The studio confirmed that filming has been halted as a precaution to allow Turner sufficient time to fully recover.
