According to details, a drone being used to record the concert suddenly went out of control and rapidly moved toward Shay Gill, colliding with her hand. It was reported that the drone operator failed to maintain control, which led to the unfortunate incident.
Following the accident, moments of concern spread among the audience; however, Shay Gill later reassured her fans through social media that she was safe and had not sustained any serious injuries.
In her message, Shay Gill thanked her fans and well-wishers, stating that she was absolutely fine and grateful for their prayers. She also shared a short video after the incident, showing minor marks of injury on her hand.
