Karachi (Showbiz Desk): Globally acclaimed Pakistani actress Saba Qamar has taken a firm stance against recent rumors and allegations circulating about her. Some individuals reportedly attempted to file a case against her for allegedly wearing a police uniform without permission, allegedly using her name and fame to gain attention. Saba Qamar, however, responded decisively.
The actress shared an Instagram story showing a screenshot of the news and the relevant petition, making the matter public. The petition, dated September 31, 2021, was addressed to the Deputy Inspector General of Lahore Operations, requesting permission to purchase and use a police uniform under the DGP Punjab Project for the improvement of Pakistan’s image.
Saba Qamar clarified that the petition was solely for professional purposes and not for publicity or personal fame. Addressing her critics, she said, “Please look elsewhere for fame; what I have today is the result of hard work.”
She further added, “Focus on your own journey, because your time will come too,” earning her widespread praise and support from fans and the showbiz community alike.
