Sharjah (Sports Desk): Pakistani youngster Ahsan Yasin delivered an outstanding performance at the 54th Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Camel Racing Festival in Sharjah by winning the 2-kilometer race.
More than 50 countries were represented in this international event, with young participants from around the world competing. However, Ahsan Yasin secured victory through exceptional skill and smart race strategy.
At the start of the race, Ahsan was placed sixth, but during the competition he outpaced all other racers with remarkable speed and control. He completed the distance in 3 minutes and 47 seconds.
For his impressive achievement, Ahsan Yasin was awarded the Golden Camel Trophy along with a cash prize of 50,000 dirhams, which is approximately 3.8 million Pakistani rupees.
It is worth mentioning that alongside pursuing his engineering studies, Ahsan Yasin has also been receiving professional training at Dubai’s Heritage Center, a dedication that paid off in the form of this international success.
