Islamabad (Turkiye News): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Switzerland’s Foreign Minister, during which they discussed the overall regional situation and important diplomatic matters.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, both leaders welcomed the positive progress toward understanding between Iran and the United States and described it as an encouraging development for regional stability.
The statement said that the Swiss Foreign Minister appreciated Pakistan’s role in promoting diplomatic engagement and praised the country's efforts for peace and stability.
Both foreign ministers reaffirmed their commitment to continuing consultations and diplomatic contacts aimed at promoting peace at both regional and global levels.
According to the spokesperson, the two sides also agreed to remain in close contact regarding future developments and to further strengthen the dialogue process.
