Islamabad (Turkey News): The Interior Ministries of Pakistan and Sri Lanka have agreed to strengthen mutual cooperation in internal security, counter-terrorism, and narcotics control.
Federal Interior and Narcotics Control Minister Mohsin Naqvi was warmly received in Sri Lanka by Minister of Interior and Parliamentary Affairs Anand Wejeyapala. The meeting also covered issues such as cybercrimes, financial fraud, illegal immigration, and joint training programs.
Mohsin Naqvi stated that officer training exchange programs will enhance the capacity of both countries’ forces and create new opportunities for cooperation.
