Washington (Monitoring Desk) In Washington, former US President Barack Obama has described the 2015 Iran nuclear agreement as effective and practically successful.
In his statement, he said it is unrealistic to expect any new Iran deal to be better than the 2015 nuclear agreement, as that deal remained effective for a considerable period during its implementation.
According to Barack Obama, the United States itself later withdrew from the agreement, which affected its continuity and impact.
He further stated that sometimes even a partial agreement is a better path to avoid war, as not every issue can be resolved through force or military action.
The former US president emphasized that sustainable solutions require comprehensive diplomacy, adding that the United States should prioritize negotiation and diplomatic approaches in resolving international issues.
