North Waziristan: 8 India-Supported Terrorists Killed in Pakistan-Afghan Border Operation

Rawalpindi (Turkiya News) – Security forces successfully foiled an infiltration attempt in the Pakistan-Afghanistan border area of North Waziristan, killing eight India-backed Fitnah al-Khawarij terrorists. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the movement of the terrorist group was observed on April 1, 2026, prompting a timely and skillful response by the forces. During the operation, weapons and ammunition were recovered from the deceased terrorists.

The ISPR stated that the Afghan Taliban government has failed in its border responsibilities and must prevent the use of Afghan soil against Pakistan. Clearance operations to eliminate foreign terrorists in the area are ongoing, and under the National Action Plan, counter-terrorism operations will continue uninterrupted.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif praised the professional capabilities of the security forces, asserting that the fight against terrorism will continue until its complete eradication from the country, and the entire nation stands united alongside the Pakistan Armed Forces.
