According to the latest statistics, a 42 percent decrease in terrorist attacks was recorded in April compared to March. According to the report, 85 incidents of terrorism occurred across the country in April, whereas this number was 146 in March. Security forces killed 224 terrorists during operations in April.
The data shows that 67 people lost their lives as a result of terrorist attacks in April, while this number was 106 in March. Among the deceased were 28 security personnel, 37 civilians, and 2 members of the peace committee. It has further been reported that during April, 100 people were injured in various terrorist attacks, including 54 civilians and 46 security personnel.
