Tehran (Monitoring Desk) Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has said that if war breaks out again between Iran and the United States, Iran is fully prepared to destroy more American warplanes.
In his statement, Abbas Araghchi said Iran’s armed forces possess the capability to target even advanced Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II fighter jets and claimed that Iran’s defense system has already demonstrated its strength in this regard.
He stated that Iran gained significant experience during the recent tensions and warned that if another war is imposed, the world would witness even more surprising outcomes.
The Iranian foreign minister also referred to a report by the Congressional Research Service, claiming that the report acknowledged damage to or destruction of several American aircraft worth billions of dollars.
