Iran Launches Missile Attacks on US and Israeli Targets; Ben Gurion Airport Hit, Defense Systems Fail

Tehran (Monitoring Desk): The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced that a new wave of missile strikes has begun against US and Israeli targets under Operation Wa’d al-Sadiq 4.

According to the statement, the 37th wave of the operation lasted three hours, targeting US Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain, military installations in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Erbil in Iraq. Attacks also hit a satellite communications center in southern Tel Aviv and the occupied port of Haifa.

The strikes involved Kheibar Shekan, Qadr, and Khorramshahr missiles, many equipped with multiple warheads. The Qadr missile warhead reportedly weighed nearly one ton.

Iran also targeted Ben Gurion Airport, where the Israeli defense system failed, resulting in several missiles striking the airport and causing damage to facilities. Israeli media reported multiple injuries. A separate missile attack from Lebanon destroyed part of the Israeli military’s communication system, injuring two people.

Additionally, US bases in Baghdad, the UAE, and Kuwait were targeted with drones and missiles, while Saudi Arabia intercepted six ballistic missiles and multiple drones aimed at Prince Sultan Air Base.

Israeli Foreign Minister Gidioun Sa’ar stated that the war with Iran will only end when Israel and the US make a joint decision, adding that Israel does not seek an unlimited conflict with Iran.
