Islamabad (Turkey News) Field Marshal Asim Munir took a firm stance on Indian provocation and the Kashmir issue, saying that Pakistan has full capability to give an immediate and decisive response to any aggression.
While addressing a ceremony of overseas Pakistanis, he said that the country’s defence is strong and invincible, and that all malicious designs of the enemy will be foiled.
He made it clear that despite all its military power, the Indian army cannot defeat Pakistan. According to him, Pakistan will continue to extend moral, political, and diplomatic support to the people of Kashmir and will not leave their struggle alone.
The Field Marshal said that the people of occupied Kashmir are struggling against oppression and Pakistan stands with them. He added that the country’s security forces will continue their struggle until the complete elimination of terrorism and external proxies.
According to experts, this statement clearly reflects Pakistan’s defence policy, which reiterates the resolve to respond firmly and immediately to any external threat.
