Islamabad (Turkey News) Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts for a possible sustainable ceasefire between the United States and Iran are continuing, under which a series of high-level meetings is taking place in Tehran.
According to Islamabad, Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Tehran, where the overall regional situation and possibilities for reducing tensions were discussed.
On this occasion, the Federal Interior Minister also conveyed a special letter from Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir addressed to the Supreme Leader, as well as a message from Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to the Iranian leadership.
Earlier, Mohsin Naqvi also met his Iranian counterpart Eskandar Momeni, where bilateral relations and matters related to regional peace and stability were discussed.
These diplomatic efforts by Pakistan are aimed at reducing tensions in the region and finding solutions through dialogue between the concerned parties.
