Turkistan (Turkiye Khabar): President Ilham Aliyev and other heads of state participating in the informal summit of the Organization of Turkic States attended the online groundbreaking ceremony of the “Center of Turkic Civilization.”
According to reports, detailed information was shared with the leaders about the project. It was stated that the initiative is being developed to preserve, study, and promote the rich historical, cultural, and spiritual heritage of Turkic peoples on a global level.
Officials further said that the center, being constructed according to modern standards, aims to highlight that Turkic civilization holds a unique place in world history, supported by deep intellectual foundations and strong state traditions.
Later, digital solutions under “GovTech” were also presented, including updates on ongoing artificial intelligence development projects in Kazakhstan.
It was also emphasized that there is significant potential to expand cooperation among Turkic states in this field, which could open new avenues for joint progress in technology and innovation in the future.
