Lahore (Turkey News): Following recent increases in petrol prices in Pakistan, the cost per liter has exceeded Rs 322, raising questions among the public about the actual cost of one liter and the government’s share in it.
According to experts, the breakdown is as follows:
- Government Taxes and Levies: Approximately Rs 95 per liter
- Oil Marketing Company Margin: About Rs 7.87 per liter
- Petrol Pump Dealer Commission: Around Rs 8.64 per liter
