Hopeful About Pakistan’s Future, Youth Are Passionate About Progress: Malala Yousafzai

Islamabad (Turkiye Khabar) Nobel Prize-winning social activist Malala Yousafzai said during the Global Education Forum held in London that she is very hopeful about Pakistan’s bright future because the youth are actively motivated to play a strong role in the country’s development through modern education.

Speaking to the media, Malala Yousafzai said that women play an extremely important role in the progress of any country and that education is the foundation of social improvement.

She also spoke during the conference about issues related to girls’ education in Palestine, Lebanon, and Afghanistan. She said that Palestinian female students are fully aware of both their problems and their solutions, while girls in Afghanistan are trying to continue their education secretly despite difficult circumstances.

Malala Yousafzai participated in a roundtable meeting with students and also took part in an informative competition. The education ministers of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were also present at the event.

On this occasion, she said that Pakistani youth are full of talent and are enthusiastically working to lead the country toward new paths of development through modern knowledge.
