Baku (Turkey News): International cooperation in the field of legal regulation of artificial intelligence holds special importance, as digital technologies are global in nature and require a unified legal approach and the formation of common standards.
The Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan, Farhad Abdullayev, speaking at the international Baku summit of ombudsmen on the theme “Human Rights in the Era of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities, Risks, and Responsibilities,” said that global cooperation in this field is indispensable.
He said that documents adopted by international institutions for defining the legal and ethical framework of artificial intelligence technology have given special importance to the protection of human rights, ethical principles, transparency, information security, and human oversight.
According to Farhad Abdullayev, this approach indicates that the future legal system should be based on the concept of human-centered development.
