Karachi (Showbiz Desk): Following an incident involving renowned Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt in Karachi, his wife Iman Rajab has shared her reaction.
According to reports, Rajab Butt was attending a court hearing in Karachi when, after a heated exchange with a group of lawyers, he was allegedly subjected to violence, resulting in injuries.
After the incident, Iman Rajab issued a brief statement on Instagram, saying that demanding justice does not create chaos; rather, they seek accountability within the framework of the law and the Constitution. She further emphasized the urgent need for justice for Rajab Butt and respect for the country’s legal system.
Her statement came shortly after the incident, which was captured in several videos showing Rajab Butt in an injured state.
Reports indicate that Rajab Butt appeared in court regarding the expiry of his interim bail, in a case filed by lawyer Riaz Solangi. Rajab Butt’s lawyer, Mian Ali Ashfaq, strongly condemned the incident, calling the alleged assault inside the Karachi City Court premises unprofessional.
So far, Rajab Butt himself has not issued an official statement regarding the incident.
