Azerbaijan (Commerce Desk): According to the Ministry of Finance, Azerbaijan’s state budget for 2025 recorded a surplus, with revenues exceeding AZN 3.913 billion and expenditures totaling AZN 3.860 billion.
Compared to 2024, revenues increased by 5.3% and expenditures by 2.4%. The Ministry reported a budget surplus of AZN 52.76 million for the year, reflecting a 50.6% rise compared to the previous year.
In contrast, the 2024 state budget had faced a deficit of AZN 55.55 million.
