Baku (Turkiye News) – Prime Minister of Ali Asadov held a meeting with Ukraine’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal.
According to the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, the meeting highlighted the importance of events held under the “Baku Energy Week.” It was noted that Baku has once again become one of the key global hubs for energy dialogue, playing an important role in promoting international cooperation on energy security, green transition, and sustainable development.
During the meeting, both sides discussed the current state and future prospects of bilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Ukraine. The talks covered opportunities to further expand relations in areas such as economy, trade, energy, humanitarian cooperation, and other fields of mutual interest.
The discussions also emphasized the significance of humanitarian assistance provided by Azerbaijan to Ukraine. The Ukrainian delegation expressed gratitude to Azerbaijan for its support to the Ukrainian people, particularly in humanitarian aid and the reconstruction of civilian infrastructure.
