Azerbaijan (Turkey News) — Uzbekistan’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Bakhrom Ashrafkhanov, has stated that a $10 billion investment package is being prepared for joint projects between companies and business entities of both countries.
The ambassador said work has already begun on structuring the investment package for Uzbek and Azerbaijani joint ventures, while parallel measures are being taken to increase bilateral trade volume to $1 billion.
According to the ambassador, cooperation between the two countries is being developed under a roadmap that includes extensive and coordinated activities. These activities involve regular consultations between foreign policy agencies, preparation for High Intergovernmental Council meetings, and sectoral events such as business forums, international forums, consultative meetings in the health sector, and gatherings of the scientific community.
