Istanbul (Turkiye Khabar) The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey has strongly condemned the deadly attack on a police station in Bannu district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, calling it cowardly and condemnable.
In an official statement, the ministry expressed deep sorrow and grief over the loss of lives in the attack and extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased as well as to the people of Pakistan.
The statement further said that Türkiye expresses full solidarity with Pakistan against all forms of terrorism and will continue to support its counter-terrorism efforts.
In recent years, Pakistan has witnessed an increase in terrorist incidents, largely attributed to the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan. Islamabad maintains that these elements operate from Afghan soil, a claim that is denied by the Kabul administration.
