Islamabad (Turkiye News) – A telephone conversation took place between Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, during which they discussed the rapidly evolving regional and global situation.
According to the Foreign Office spokesperson, the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister appreciated Pakistan’s continued diplomatic efforts, mediation, and facilitation role in promoting contacts and negotiations between the United States and Iran.
He also praised Pakistan’s constructive role in promoting peace, security, and stability in the region and described Islamabad’s efforts in this regard as significant.
On the occasion, Ishaq Dar reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to diplomacy and dialogue as the most effective path toward achieving lasting peace and stability in the region and pledged continued support for such efforts.
Both leaders expressed hope that the ongoing diplomatic initiatives would yield positive results and help pave the way for durable peace in the region.
During the conversation, the two sides also reaffirmed the brotherly relations between Pakistan and Kuwait and agreed to further strengthen bilateral ties and maintain close coordination in the future.
