Islamabad (Turkey News Desk) — A special National Security and Strategic Leadership 2026 workshop was organized under the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), attended by more than 200 participants including vice chancellors, registrars, deans, and senior professors from universities across the country.
During the workshop, Lt Gen (R) Amir Riaz, Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military), held a special session with participants, in which ideological and strategic trends influenced by Hindutva politics in India were analyzed.
Addressing the workshop, Lt Gen (R) Amir Riaz said that atrocities against minorities in India and their exploitation are becoming a norm. He stated that for RSS and BJP, creating narratives does not stop even at violence against civilians.
He further said that while India projects a secular image to the world, internally minorities—especially Muslims—face oppression and brutality, and that institutions including the judiciary are allegedly complicit in these injustices.
Participants of the workshop termed the alleged actions and policies against Muslims in India unacceptable for the international community.
