Baku (Türkiye News) – Ongoing peace negotiations between Russia and Ukraine have reached a deadlock, with the Kremlin attributing the slowdown to changing priorities in United States foreign policy.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that holding trilateral talks now appears difficult, as Washington is currently focused on other global challenges.
