Al Arabiya (Monitoring Desk): Israel carried out an airstrike on the Al-Usayra area of Baalbek in eastern Lebanon.
The strike targeted a residential building near the Alu Complex on the road leading to Nahla in Baalbek city, completely demolishing it. Initial reports indicate multiple injuries, and emergency teams quickly reached the scene. The Lebanese news agency confirmed several fatalities in the attack, with rescue teams working to extract people trapped under the rubble.
Meanwhile, the Israeli military has issued evacuation warnings for 16 villages and towns in Lebanon in anticipation of further strikes.
This development comes after Hezbollah announced on Tuesday that it had targeted the Haifa naval base in northern Israel in its twelfth attack. On Wednesday, Hezbollah further stated that it had struck an Israeli gathering in Al-Multah.
