Peshawar (Turkiye News): At least six police officers, including the Station House Officer (SHO), were killed in an IED attack on a police armored vehicle in Tank district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The incident occurred in the Gomal area, approximately 25 kilometers from Kotwali. The blast was so powerful that the police armored vehicle was completely destroyed.
According to initial reports, Rescue 1122 teams immediately reached the site to transport the bodies of the deceased officers and injured personnel to nearby hospitals.
Authorities have launched an investigation to identify those responsible for the attack.
