Islamabad (Turkey News Desk)Mufti Taqi Usmani, President of Wifaq-ul-Madaris, has strongly reacted to the martyrdom of renowned religious scholar Sheikh-ul-Hadith Maulana Muhammad Idrees Tarangzai, saying that those who killed him do not deserve to be called Muslims or even human beings.
In his statement, he said that the killing of a respected religious scholar like Maulana Idrees is a major tragedy; however, he has attained the noble rank of martyrdom, while the nation has lost a valuable religious and national asset.
It is worth noting that Maulana Muhammad Idrees was martyred yesterday in an attack by unknown militants in the Utmanzai area of Charsadda, in which two police personnel were also injured.
