Murree (Turkey News) – The New Year began with Murree, the Queen of Hills, experiencing its first snowfall, creating stunning winter scenes. As a white blanket covered the mountains and valleys, waves of joy spread among tourists, with large crowds arriving from across the country to celebrate the New Year and enjoy the snowfall.
During the snowfall, tourists were seen dancing with joy and busy capturing photos and videos of the beautiful scenery. In response to the growing crowd, authorities implemented foolproof traffic control measures. Barriers were set up at Phulgran and Seventeen Mile toll plazas, stopping hundreds of vehicles, while local residents were not allowed to proceed further.
To ensure safety and smooth traffic flow, the Chief Traffic Officer issued a detailed traffic advisory for New Year’s night during the snowfall.
