Azerbaijan and Luxembourg Hold Diplomatic Consultations, Agree to Enhance Bilateral Cooperation

Luxembourg (Turkey News) A round of political consultations was held between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Luxembourg, during which detailed discussions took place on bilateral relations and the promotion of cooperation in various fields.

The Azerbaijani delegation was led by Deputy Foreign Minister Fariz Rzayev, while Luxembourg was represented by Veronique Dockendorf, Head of the Political Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The meeting covered political relations, consular affairs, economic cooperation, and possibilities of expanding collaboration in education, science, and culture. Both sides emphasized that continuous diplomatic dialogue could be maintained through mutual engagement and exchange of delegations at international forums.

The discussions also included cooperation in international organizations and support for each other’s candidates.

Special attention was given to regional developments, the normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as reconstruction efforts and demining operations in the liberated territories.

During his visit, Deputy Foreign Minister Fariz Rzayev also met various officials in Luxembourg and participated in a roundtable discussion at the University of Luxembourg.
