Azerbaijan (Turkiya News): Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory message to Governor-General Samantha Mostin on the occasion of Australia’s National Day.
On behalf of himself and the Azerbaijani people, President Aliyev extended warm wishes to the Governor-General and the people of Australia. In his message, he expressed confidence that relations between Azerbaijan and Australia will continue to develop in the spirit of friendship and mutual interests.
President Aliyev stated, "I am confident that we will continue joint efforts to strengthen friendly ties between Azerbaijan and Australia and expand cooperation based on mutual benefit." He also wished Governor-General Mostin good health and success in her duties, and prayed for sustainable peace and prosperity for the people of Australia.
