Ankara (Turkey News) Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Rustem Umerov, Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council.
According to a statement from the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting took place in the capital Ankara, however, no further details regarding the discussions were released.
