Ensure Full Provision of Medical Facilities in Makkah and Madinah Before Arrival of Pilgrims: Sardar Muhammad Yousaf

Islamabad (Turkey Khabar) A high-level review meeting on Hajj arrangements was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, in which preparations for the upcoming Hajj were reviewed in detail. The meeting was attended via video link by Secretary Religious Affairs Abrar Ahmed Mirza, Additional Secretary Dr. Sajid Mahmood Chauhan, Director General Hajj Abdul Wahab Soomro, and other senior officials, while arrangements for the first flight of the Road to Makkah project from Lahore were finalized.

The Federal Minister directed that full provision of medical facilities in Makkah and Madinah be ensured before the arrival of pilgrims and that the best possible care for Pakistani Hujjaj be guaranteed at all costs. He emphasized effective coordination among relevant institutions, stating that close cooperation among all stakeholders is essential for optimal arrangements, while also expressing satisfaction over training at Haji camps, provision of vaccinations, distribution of gifts, and other facilities.

Sardar Muhammad Yousaf said that special attention has been given this year to the training of Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj, and pilgrims should fully follow their instructions to maintain discipline. He further stated that pilgrims should adhere to Saudi laws to enhance the country’s good image, and also expressed gratitude for the cooperation of Saudi authorities.
