Lahore (Turkey News Desk): President of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has congratulated President Asif Ali Zardari on the success in the Gilgit-Baltistan elections.
He also extended congratulations to Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on the electoral victory, saying that the people of Gilgit-Baltistan have voted in favor of democracy, development, and stability.
Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said that the electoral success reflects public service, political wisdom, and the trust of the people. He also praised the election campaign of Pakistan Muslim League (Q) leaders and candidates and congratulated them.
According to him, Muslim League leaders conveyed the party’s message from door to door, while all parties are working together for the promotion of national unity and political harmony.
He further said that Pakistan Peoples Party leadership’s cooperation is appreciated by PML-Q, and that political cooperation should continue in the future as well.
